Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vidstew (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Vidstew. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you sign up.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of teammates you invite. Keep your Google sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Vidstew for illegal activity or to violate anyone's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
• Abuse our AI features (e.g., automated/bulk requests not tied to legitimate creator workflows).
• Generate content that violates YouTube's community guidelines or any third-party intellectual property.
• Resell, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without a written agreement.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion, with or without notice.

• Vidstew offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro and Team), with pricing displayed on the pricing page.
• New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial with no card required. After the trial, your plan reverts to Free unless you upgrade.
• Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Charges renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal ("Manage subscription" on your billing page). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds for unused time.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the change is acceptance.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Vidstew (projects, scripts, notes, thumbnails, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don't claim any rights beyond what's necessary to operate the product.

You're responsible for ensuring that any content you upload doesn't infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Vidstew uses AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash) to generate suggestions, scores, and analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You're responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before acting on it. We make no guarantee that AI suggestions will improve your channel's performance.

We aim for high availability but don't promise 100% uptime. Vidstew is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Stripe, YouTube API), and unforeseen incidents may cause brief downtime.

You may delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy. Sections that reasonably should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Vidstew is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of (insert state here), without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app banner with at least 30 days' notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.
